We are
dedicated to your family's dental health. Today's
dentistry gives us the key to restoring or maintaining your

It is our philosophy that people
can keep their teeth for a lifetime and regular checkups can
end typically unpleasant dental visits. We take the time
to listen to your needs and promise you gentle, comfortable,
caring dentistry.
 Dr. McCray and Dr.
Webb perform
all phases of general dentistry including crowns,
dentures, bridges, bonding, tooth whitening, periodontal
therapy, oral surgery, implants and limited orthodontics.
Generally, your first appointment with
us (except in emergency cases) will include a
comprehensive medical and dental examination; an oral
cancer screening; a TMJ screening; an oral examination; a periodontal
evaluation; and diagnostic x-rays as needed. The
dentist will then discuss all treatment planning options,
the benefits of each, how much the treatment will cost and
how your insurance benefits can be maximized. As a
participant in the decision making process, we welcome
your questions at any time.
 Sterilization - Health and Safety Concerns
We maintain the highest
standards of sterilization and disinfection. All
instruments and handpieces are sealed and heat sterilized
using high-pressure steam autoclaves. Each
clinical staff member uses
gloves and masks at all times. We will be happy to
discuss everything we are doing to assure your safety.
Regular Preventive Visits
We hope you share in our
belief that regular preventive dental care is a sound investment.
While the responsibility for returning for treatment rests primarily
with you, we will provide the service of pre-appointing and
notifying you of your next regular preventive visit.
 Fees and
Payments
We make every effort to keep the
cost of your dental care down. You can help by
paying in full at the time services are rendered (cash,
check, Visa, MC, Discover, American Express). If
your treatment program requires several visits, you will
be given an estimate and financial arrangements may be
discussed with a member of our business office staff.
In addition, financing programs are available such as
Care Credit. If you have dental insurance, we will
file your forms promptly with payment of your portion of
the bill. If you have any questions about your
insurance benefits, please feel free to ask any one of
our trained staff. We accept most dental insurance
plans.
In order to
speed up the processing of your insurance, please bring a
copy of your benefits plan and a claim form with you for
your initial visit. |
